Key Responsibilities
Quality Management System (QMS)
Compliance & Audits: Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of QMS frameworks. Act as the primary interface for internal/external audits (e.g., ISO, AS9100D) and regulatory agency reviews.
Performance Metrics: Establish, track, and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership to guide risk-based decision-making.
Document Control: Author, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and deviation requests.
Material Review Board (MRB)
Board Leadership: lead the cross-functional MRB, collaborating directly with Operations/Production and Engineering.
Defect Disposition: Evaluate nonconformance reports (NCRs) and oversee the proper disposition of materials (e.g., Rework, Repair, Return to Vendor, Scrap, or Use As-Is).
Safety & Risk Mitigation: Ensure dispositions satisfy safety guidelines, customer requirements, and structural/functional reliability.
Inventory & Logging: Ensure systematic tracking and accurate inventory logs of all MRB materials.
Continuous Improvement & CAPA
Root Cause Analysis: Lead structured problem-solving (e.g., 5-Whys, Fishbone, 8D) to investigate the root causes of material defects.
CAPA Management: Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans to eliminate the recurrence of nonconformances.

Educational Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering,

Experience Requirement
5+ years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing, aerospace, medical device, or pharmaceutical environments.
· Certifications: ISO 9001/AS9100D.
